Company vs Company
It is still a survival game mode like Vanilla, but you will have Company members on your side who fight the opposing Company with you. Communication with friendly Company members will be important to success.
You can play frontline or backline, Solo or team, PvPer or farmer/builder. High playtime or low, Every playstyle has a purpose and contributes to Company's Victory!
FIGHT FOR MAINLAND
Custom-built mirrored map for fair gameplay. Each side has its own Outpost at the far edge
of the island, which also serves as the default spawn point.
Moving forward from Outpost, you can choose a defensive or offensive style. If you prefer
defensive play, head into the jungle, farm resources, and trade with Company members to help
the campaign. If you want to play more offensively, push through the mountains and use the
high ground to move forward, take territory, and fight for control of Launch Site.
Every Tool Cupboard ("Building Privilege") area counts as Company territory and is outlined
on the map like borders. The main objective is to build and grow your Building Privilege area
as much as possible while destroying enemy bases.
Launch Island
First map that comes with mode, with custom Outposts for Both Companies and Fair Gameplay, with mirrored map. Launch site in the middle
Kills Give Company Victory Points
Opposite company kills give you and your company Victory Points.
at the end of campaign, company with most victory points wins.
Building Privilege Area = Territory Score
...And Territory Score = Victory points, it is main source of points even kills or dogtags gains it, most of it will come from territory score.
Dogtags also give Victory Points
You can either deposit opposite Company dogtags to gain Victory points or use them in Outpost to buy stuff.
What Is A Campaign?
Each campaign continues for one week, from Thursday to Thursday. At the end of the week, the campaign
resets like vanilla wipe, but with one key difference. The Company with the most Victory Points is
Victorious.
Everything wipes including blueprints at the end, so next one starts fresh. Tier 3 items are still easy
to get with dogtags.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do you sell Kits?
Nope. Not selling anything that will disrupt core gameplay, but trying to give back as much as possible to those who support the project.
-
Do skin colors change based on company I choose?
Nope. You are free to skin your items as you wish.
-
How can I tell if a player is in my company or not?
When you aim at a player, the name will pop up above your crosshair if the player is in your company, if not, it will not pop up. But the best way to tell whether groups of players are in your company, even at range, is binoculars. Use them, they are too good in this game mode.
-
Can I Teamkill a Company member?
Yup, but it is not tolerated and you lose Kill score and Victory Points.
-
How much Vanilla is this game mode?
As much as it can, key difference is there are two companies so you will have friendly Company members, also random spawn button will spawn you in Company's Outpost instead of beach and there is dogtags and territory systems. Rest is mostly vanilla.
-
Can I join mid campaign and still have impact?
Yes! It does not matter when you join, every bit of effort on frontlining or backlining is important. Join and talk to company members, they will help you catch up.
-
Is there only one server and one map?
Yup, at the moment there is just one server in EU and one map on it, it all comes down to how much support project will get, that's why there is Patreon button there... aim is to have multiple servers on different places, and multiple maps with votemap.
